How Lusida gives Auxo proactive control of Copilot usage and Azure spend.
Auxo Software has developed software for the Australasian automotive industry for more than three decades, supporting workshops, dealerships and other automotive businesses.
Lusida gives Auxo ongoing visibility into its Microsoft consumption and spend, proactively identifying changes and bringing clear findings directly to its leadership.
When Copilot-related costs rose sharply in Azure, Lusida identified an unlimited Cowork policy and alerted Group CIO Simon Hide. Lucy, Lusida's AI analyst, found capacity available through two existing Copilot Studio licences, while Lusida's Copilot view showed who was using Cowork most. These findings gave Auxo a clear way to move from unlimited usage to controlled access, aligned with the capacity it already had and the people using it.
When Auxo queried an increase in its July Azure invoice, Lucy helped explain why. The analysis traced the change to exchange-rate movements, billing-period differences and changes in Azure workloads, providing a clear explanation and a reliable baseline for future comparisons.
For Auxo, proactive monitoring means emerging costs are detected, causes are explained, and the information needed to act is brought to the right person's attention.
